Position Overview:

We're looking for a talented and innovative Full Stack Engineer to join our team. Right now the team remains small and we are essentially hiring our first employees. As a Full Stack Engineer at Helium, you will be a key player in building our composable headless personalised storefront platform for eCommerce brands. You'll have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology, solve challenging problems, and contribute to creating a faster and more personalised online shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Frontend and Backend Development: Collaborate with the engineering team to design, develop, and maintain the front-end and back-end components of our platform, ensuring a seamless and performant user experience.
  2. No-Code and Low-Code Interface: Contribute to the development of a no-code and low-code interface that empowers brand marketers and developers to create rich product experiences.
  3. Location & Behavioural Recommendations: Help build and improve behaviour and location driven recommendations on ecom pages
  4. Work with brands: Work Along with brands to improve their storefront experiences
  5. Performance Optimisation: Work on enhancing platform performance, reducing page load times, and improving user experience.
  6. Analytics and Data-Driven Development: Collaborate with the team to create analytics-based smart nudges for persona-based copy, creatives, and UI blocks aimed at boosting conversion rates.
  7. Collaboration and Documentation: Communicate effectively within the team and document your work to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing.
